Gemma Goodale | CEO
Qualifications
Fully AAT qualified since March 2005 , and ACCA qualified since August 2008 , gained fellowship in September 2013 ACCA & AAT Practicing licence.
Experience
Gemma began her accountancy career after finishing her GCSE’s in 2002. She went on to complete her AAT and became the youngest person in the UK to complete this at that time gaining first time passes in all exams aged 19. Following this she then self taught the ACCA qualification and passed with first time passes in all exams to complete this in 2008.
After obtaining her ACCA qualification she moved to a top 20 UK firm to gain further experience. Upcoming becoming a first time mum in 2010, Gemma then decided it was time to establish her own firm when she recognised the need for affordable, quality advice and services for small businesses and individuals in the local area and GGM Accountancy was formed.
Hobbies
Spending time with family and friends, being a busy mum of four, keeping fit.
Sally Winham | Director
Qualifications
Qualified
as Chartered Tax Advisor in 1994.
Sally is also a Fellow of the
Association of Taxation Technicians.
Experience
Sally has over 25 years experience of providing Tax and Strategic advice to
clients, working in both local and national accountancy practices.
She enjoys working closely with individuals and business owners, providing practical advice and helping them to achieve their goals.
Sally joined the GGM team in May 2022.

Sally is a busy mum,

musical theatre, skiing, going to the gym, spending time with friends & family
and long walks with

Spaniel.
Victoria Millson | Senior Accounts Manager
Qualifications
Qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in August 2005 and gained fellowship in October 2010.
Experience
Victoria began her accountancy career after her A-levels in 2001 and has extensive experience with limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. She is now an Accounts Manager and overseas the preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns together with personal tax returns, management accounts and VAT returns. Victoria joined the GGM team in January 2015.
Hobbies
Running outdoors, reading and being a football mum.
Natasha Lincoln | Accounts Manager
Qualifications
Natasha qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in August 2015, and gained fellowship in October 2020.
Experience
Natasha began working in accounts when she started studying AAT in 2007, and has experience with all sizes of clients, as well as good knowledge of various cloud products .
Hobbies
Spending time with friends and family, long walks with her dog, reading and watching (not partaking!) in sports.
Rachel Hall | Senior Accountant
Qualifications
Qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in August 2021 with first time passes.
Experience
Rachel has worked in practice since 2018, after gaining BA hons degree in accounting. Rachel joined GGM in June 2021.
Hobbies
Spending time with family, reading and travelling.
Rebecca Fuller | Senior Accountant
Qualifications
Fully AAT qualified since September 2014 and ACA qualified since August 2017.
Experience
Rebecca worked in various accountancy practices since leaving school, and joined the GGM team in August 2019.
Hobbies
Rebecca enjoys spending time with her two young children and going for long family walks.
Charlotte Allington | Accounts Assistant
Qualifications
Completed AAT in August 2022 and became a full member in November 2022.
Experience
Charlotte has worked in Practice since leaving sixth form in 2019, and joined the GGM team in November 2022.
Hobbies
Charlotte enjoys spending time with friends and family, weightlifting, and going to live music events.
Janet Millar | Payroll & Bookkeeping Assistant
Experience
Janet has an impressive 20 years experience working in various Accountancy Practices. She enjoys building relationships and working closely with clients to support their businesses.
Hobbies
Janet likes to spend time with family and friends, travelling, and keeping fit.
Mia Januszek | Business Administrator
Experience
Mia has worked in various customer service and admin roles whilst studying for her A-Levels. She has joined GGM on a Business Admin Apprenticeship to assist with the smooth running of the office, as well as supporting our busy team of Accountants.
Hobbies
Mia enjoys staying active and has a love for nature and the outdoors. She is music orientated and loves to socialise with her friends .
Caroline Bonney | Business Support
Experience
Caroline has worked in various PA and Business Support roles over the last 15 years, and brings a wealth of organisational and creative experience to the team.
