GGM Accountancy Ltd was established by Gemma Goodale, a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Association of Accounting Technicians. GGM Accountancy is a chartered certified accountancy practice that is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), 'the global body for professional accountants'.

Gemma Goodale | CEO
Qualifications
Gemma qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2005 and then qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2008 and gained fellowship in 2013.
Gemma has ACCA & AAT Practicing licences.
Experience
Gemma began her accountancy career after finishing her GCSE’s in 2002. She went on to complete the Accounting Technicians exams and became the youngest person in the UK to complete this at that time gaining first time passes in all exams aged 19. Following this she then self taught the Chartered Certified Accountants qualification and passed with first time passes in all exams to complete this in 2008.
After obtaining the Chartered Certified Accountants qualification she moved to a top 20 UK firm to gain further experience. Upon becoming a first time mum in 2010, Gemma then decided it was time to establish her own firm when she recognised the need for affordable, quality advice and services for small businesses and individuals in the local area and GGM Accountancy was formed.

Spending time with family and friends, being a busy mum of four, keeping fit, travelling & shopping.
Victoria Millson | Accounts Director
Qualifications
Victoria qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2005 and gained fellowship in 2010.
Experience
Victoria began her accountancy career after her A-levels in 2001 and has extensive experience with limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. Victoria joined the GGM team in 2015, and now as Accounts Director, she overseas the preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns together with personal tax returns, management accounts and VAT returns.

Running outdoors, reading and being a football mum.
Sarah Whytock | Accounts Director
Qualifications
Sarah qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2001and gained fellowship in 2007.
Experience
Sarah has over 25 years’ experience with a leading professional services provider of audit, tax, accountancy and advisory services. She brings extensive experience supporting owner- managed businesses.
She delivers timely, reliable financial insights that inform strategic decision- making and enjoys advising clients across all stages of their business journey.
Hobbies
Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, long dog walks, going to the gym and travelling.
Nicole Winter | Senior Accountant
Qualifications
Nicole qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2009 and then qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2016 and gained fellowship in 2024.
Experience
Nicole started her accountancy career at 19 years old in an accountancy practice. She has experience in all areas, from limited companies and charities to sole traders and partnerships.

Running and going to the gym, reading, and chasing after her 3 children.
Charlotte Allington | Financial Accountant
Qualifications
Charlotte qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2022.
Experience
Charlotte began her career in accountancy straight after sixth form in 2019 and has since gained extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. Having completed the Accounting Technician qualification, Charlotte is now studying towards becoming a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.
Hobbies
Charlotte enjoys spending time with friends and family, weightlifting, and going to live music events.
Janet Millar | Payroll & Bookkeeping Assistant

Janet has an impressive 20 years’ experience working in various accountancy practices. She enjoys building relationships and working closely with clients to support their businesses.

Jake Fryett | Senior Accountant
Qualifications
Jake qualified as an Accounting Technician in 2019 and then qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2024.
Experience
Jake started as an apprentice in 2016 after completing his A Levels. He has over 10 years of experience dealing with limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
Hobbies
Jake likes playing squash, ride out on his motorbike and playing trading card games.
Steph | Payroll and Bookeeping Assistant
Experience
Steph brings over 10 years of experience in accounts and office management, having worked across a variety of industries and fast-paced business environments. She enjoys building strong relationships, keeping operations running smoothly, and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges. She is excited to be a part of the team and looks forward to contributing to our continued success.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys health and fitness, reading, cooking, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
Kimberley Bates | Accounts administrator
Kimberley plays a key part in supporting the smooth day - to - day running of the office, assisting the wider team with administrative support helping to keep processes running efficiently .
